It's been just over 12 months since we announced the news of our acquisition by Nomura Research Institute (NRI) and we are thrilled to officially launch our new standalone business.

What to expect

Although we now have a new name, with new ownership under NRI, we're still the same business, with the same great people and commitment to servicing your needs.

We've also been working on a new strategy for our business that will focus on:

As a new business, separate from CommBank, we want to remind you of a few differences to how you will work with us moving forward.

What you need to do

Access to your online trading experience has moved to ausiex.com.au.

Bookmark our new web address in your browser.

We've launched an enhanced online origination experience with the ability to open a new Macquarie CMA account as a settlement option.

Our new improved application process is intuitive and similar to what you are used to, however, if you are after some guidance you can sign up to one of our upcoming webinars for an introduction to the new solution.

CommSec Adviser Services forms will no longer be accepted and it will no longer be possible to apply for a combined AUSIEX trading and Accelerator Cash Account (ACA).

For the latest AUSIEX applications and forms visit the 'Forms' section of this site.

Where you have AUSIEX trading and CommBank products, client maintenance requests will need to be submitted to both AUSIEX and CommSec Adviser Services.

  • Access AUSIEX forms from the 'Forms' section of this site and submit via eSubmit.
  • ACA and investment lending products can be accessed via CommSecAdviserServices.com.au.

The CommSec Adviser Services team, remaining with CommBank, will continue to service CommBank ACA and investment lending products.

For a transitional period, access to ACA accounts and online functionality, together with investment lending balances and reporting will be available on this site.
