International Markets enhancements

We’ve released the following enhancements to the AUSIEX International Markets offering.

  • International trade confirmations – Advisers and clients can view these on the AUSIEX website and can download in PDF format*. Confirmations can be accessed through Trade > International Markets > Confirmations, or under the Confirmations tab on a client’s account.

  • W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E status visibility – Advisers and clients can view the W-8 tax status online, including its validity (Valid, Invalid or Expired), and submission and expiry dates of the form. Simply go to Clients > Accounts & Clients. Where a W-8 form submission is unsuccessful, advisers and clients are notified of the rejection and can track the progress directly.

  • W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E form maintenance – Forms can be updated online at expiry or when circumstances change by navigating to My Accounts > Account Information > Select Update where the W-8 tax status is displayed. The W-8 tax form will be pre-populated with information from the client’s share trading account.

  • Access to product information – An ‘Overview’ option has been added to the navigation menu which directs you to the International Markets product page via Trade > International Markets > Overview, making it easier to access detailed information about the offering.
