New AUSIEX Portal

We’re updating our website.

From early August Dealer Groups and Advisers will progressively be migrated to the new platform and enjoy an enhanced user experience.

Enhanced transaction management

Tools to efficiently manage client obligations, such as outstanding debtors, missing SRNs, or short stock details.

In-depth brokerage and confirmation analysis

Allows Advisers and Dealer Groups to understand brokerage earnings across different time periods.

Expanded reporting capabilities

Including an uplifted Daybook and client statements relating to confirmations, portfolio valuations, as well as daily and monthly statements.

Client and portfolio management tools

To easily keep track of your client book, their portfolio holdings, and other relevant details.

Corporate actions diary

Shows upcoming or past corporate actions relating to an Adviser’s book, providing a comprehensive view that’s relevant to your client base.

Transition Dates

We will move Dealer Groups and Advisers from the current portal to the new portal in a staged approach. Ahead of your scheduled migration to the new portal you will receive an email notification advising you of the actual migration date for your accounts. Migration will occur over Saturday and Sunday to minimise disruption to your business.

You will access the new portal from the current URL, being www.ausiex.com.au with your existing log in credentials. More detailed information can be found below.

Note: Access to the old portal will be restricted or unavailable over the weekend prior to your Group’s transition to the new portal.

Access and Information

The new portal rollout will begin in July. Advisers will transition in three groups, with access going live on:

  • Migration 2-3 August. Go live Mon 4 August
  • Migration 16-17 August. Go live Mon 18 August
  • Migration 30-31 August. Go live Mon 1 September

The portal has been redesigned with a modern, intuitive interface and updated technology. It includes new tools to help manage client obligations such as outstanding debtors, missing SRN details, and short stock. The current portal will be decommissioned after the final group transitions.

No. Access to both the current and new portals will be unavailable over the weekend prior to your group’s transition.

The following data will be migrated:

  • User logins and passwords
  • Financial transactions from the past two years
  • Alert and subscription preferences
  • Watchlists
  • User access levels

No. Once migrated, access to the old portal will be disabled.

Use the Forgot My Password link on the login page or contact Adviser Services at 1800 252 351.

Yes. Existing permissions and access levels will remain unchanged.

There are two access levels: View Only and View Trade. To upgrade or downgrade access, the primary adviser must complete and eSubmit the Additional Adviser Authority form (ID 1073).

Yes. Clients with View Only access to the current portal will retain access using their existing credentials.

No. Trading functionality is restricted to advisers only.

No. Existing data feeds (e.g., Class, BGL, Xplan) remain unchanged. New real-time export reports are also available.

The portal supports Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

There is currently no AUSIEX mobile app. However, the portal is fully responsive and accessible on all device types.

Administration and Applications

Yes. The Daybook has been redesigned to offer a new experience, including customisable widgets and shortcuts to your most-used pages. A training video and user guide will be provided to help you navigate the updated layout.

You will be able to personalise your Daybook using the new tools and widgets. Access a new look ausiex.com.au training video and User Guide to find out more.

Yes. Your existing Watchlists will remain available and can be accessed via the Dashboard or the Quotes & Tools menu.

Yes. Alerts and Notifications can be configured through the Quotes & Tools menu.

No. The process remains the same. You can initiate account applications via Clients > Account Applications.

Yes. You can manage both existing and new applications online through Clients > Account Applications.

Yes. You can continue to access eSubmit via Administration > eSubmit.

Forms and documents are available under Administration > Forms.

Yes. You can request Issuer to CHESS transfers by navigating to Clients > Administration > Transfer Holdings.

Yes. Funds Transfers can be made via Clients > Funds Transfer. You can view the available balance in the International AUD wallet before proceeding. Once submitted, the transfer status can be tracked under the Transfer History tab.

Transactions and Order Entry

Yes. The Order Entry experience has been enhanced. Access a new look ausiex.com.au training video and Explanatory Guide to find out more.

You can manage your orders by navigating to Trade > Manage Orders.

This process remains largely unchanged. Only outstanding orders can be cancelled.

For domestic orders (including conditional orders):

Go to Trade > Australian Securities > Manage Orders, select Listed Securities or Conditional Orders, then choose Action > Cancel.

Yes. This functionality remains unchanged.

To place a Single Stock Multi-Client order:

Go to Trade > Multi Line Order > Single Stock, Multi Client.

Can I still place Multi-Stock orders?

Yes. This functionality remains unchanged.

To place a Multi-Stock Single Client order:

Go to Trade > Multi Line Order > Multi Stock, Single Client.

Yes. This functionality remains unchanged.

To place a Multi-Stock Single Client order:

Go to Trade > Multi Line Order > Multi Stock, Single Client.

Yes. Bulk Order functionality remains unchanged.

To place bulk orders:

Go to Trade > Bulk Order, download the Bulk Order CSV template, complete it, and upload the file.

Yes. This process remains unchanged.

  • For Australian securities (including conditional orders):
    Go to Trade > Australian Securities > Manage Orders, select Listed Securities or Conditional Orders, then choose Action > Edit/Amend and select Default, Total, or Other as needed.
  • For Options orders:
    Go to Trade > Options > Manage Orders, select Action > Edit/Amend, and choose the appropriate brokerage option.

Yes. IRESS remains accessible via Trade > Other > ViewPoint.

News and Insights

Yes. Access to Morningstar Quantitative Research remains unchanged and is available under the Market Research menu.

No. The Portfolio Analyser feature has been decommissioned.

Yes. ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ratings can be found under Market Research > Company.

Reporting and Data Feeds

There are several ways to view your client list:

  1. Use the Account Quick View widget to see your favourite clients or select All Clients from the dropdown. Clients are sorted by highest portfolio value.
  2. Click the Advanced button at the top of the screen to access the Find a Client feature.
  3. Navigate to Clients > Accounts & Clients for a full client list.

You can view account portfolios through multiple paths:

  1. From the Dashboard, click on the account name in the Account Quick View widget.
  2. On any screen where a client is selected, click the account number or name hyperlink.
  3. Navigate to Accounts & Clients or Find Client Account, then click on the account name.
