1Custodian Transfer methods are arranged by the Custodians and will generally be completed via Depository Trust Company (DTC) unless otherwise arranged by the Custodians. The DTC is a US securities depository and a clearing house. The DTC provides securities movements which typically involve securities transfers between custodian banks and broker/dealers.

2Transfer fees are charged in their respective local currencies, where stated, otherwise it will be charged in AUD. A 0.60% foreign exchange fee will apply to all fees and charges.
