Changes to the Share Trading Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) effective 18 August 2025.

Effective 18 August 2025, the following changes will be made to the T&Cs:

5.0 Instructions, clause 5.3a

a. to give instructions to the Participant relating to Your Account and the Cash Account;

a. if You have a Macquarie Cash Management Account for Your trading, You agree to grant the Participant full transactional and general withdrawal access to Your Macquarie Bank Limited Cash Account to fulfil any instructions from Your authorised representative and to meet any amounts owing by You to the Participant or a related party of the Participant. If you do not want to give your Participant full transactional and general withdrawal access to Your Macquarie Bank Limited Cash Account, you can opt-out of this authority by contacting our contact centre on 1800 252 351. This may mean we cannot continue to provide services to you.
