AUSIEX is now accepting digital signatures on most documents.

We are pleased to announce that AUSIEX is now accepting digital signatures on most documents through the DocuSign application for Dealer Groups holding their own DocuSign licence. At this time, AUSIEX will not accept digital signatures from any other platform.

If you wish to submit AUSIEX forms executed via DocuSign, you acknowledge the following:

  1. You hold an authorised, current, and valid licence for DocuSign;

  2. You have advised the signatory of the AUSIEX document that:
    • They are signing the relevant AUSIEX document electronically and that their electronic signature is equivalent to their manual/handwritten/’wet ink’ signature on that document;
    • They will be legally bound to the terms and conditions of the AUSIEX form and they agree their digital signature is valid and they are authorised to enter into the relevant agreement with AUSIEX as described in the relevant document they are signing;
    • That there is no mandated obligation by AUSIEX to sign the AUSIEX document/s electronically and they can continue to opt to execute their documents via hard copy and ‘wet ink’ signature; and
    • They can request, from AUSIEX, to receive a paper copy of the documents they have signed electronically.
  3. That your submission to AUSIEX, on behalf of the signatory, of digitally signed AUSIEX documents via your licenced DocuSign application, acknowledges your acceptance, agreement and compliance with the terms and conditions stated in this communication.

Please note that we are unable to accept DocuSign signatures for Deceased Estate forms or Share Transfers. To submit these requests, please print and sign the form pen to paper.

We are currently updating our forms to remove the “must be signed pen to paper” statement. If you wish to execute the document via DocuSign, please disregard this note on the forms.
