AUSIEX appoints Head of Risk and Compliance

SYDNEY: One of Australia’s leading providers of wholesale trading solutions, AUSIEX (Australian Investment Exchange Limited), has today announced the appointment of Paul Williams as its new Head of Risk and Compliance.

Mr Williams brings over 20 years’ experience working in financial services organisations across investment banking, wealth management, and asset management. He joins AUSIEX from BT Financial Group, where he was Head of Risk and Governance – Platforms, Investments & Operations. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Commonwealth Bank, UBS, and St George.

Eric Blewitt, Chief Executive Officer, AUSIEX, said Mr Williams’s appointment would support the growth of AUSIEX through continuing to foster a strong and enduring risk and compliance culture.
