Information for CBA (ASX: CBA) Shareholders:
Off-Market Share Buy-Back

On Wednesday, 11 August 2021, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia ABN 48 123 123 124 (CBA) announced its intention to conduct an off-market buy-back of up to $6 billion of CBA ordinary shares (Buy-Back).

The terms and conditions are outlined in the Buy-Back booklet.

How to accept the offer

If you have eligible clients who want to participate in the off-market share buy-back, you can submit their acceptance directly via the CBA Share Registry.

Submissions close 7pm (Sydney time) 1 October 2021.
